Project Purpose
First, to provide one-stop services to port users by bringing together public and general office functions in one place.

Rent
※ Annual rent = (building appraisal value + land appraisal value) x 50/1,000
**Building appraisal value = Standard market price x contract area
**Land appraisal value = Officially announced land price x land area
※ Principle of annual rent prepayment
※ When applying for installment payment, under relevant laws and regulations such as the Public Property and Goods Management Act, 50% of the annual rent shall be paid in the form of performance guarantee insurance policy(ies) or cash.
※ Management fees are charged separately on a monthly basis.

1 copy of the business registration certificate
1 copy each of corporate seal certificate and seal impression registration (if using a registered seal for the contract)
1 copy of corporate registry (for corporations) and 1 copy of representative’s resident registration (for individuals)
Seal used for the contract and ID card
1 copy each of local tax and national tax payment certificates
1 copy of the business license (original to be presented) for the relevant industry
1 copy of power of attorney or certificate of employment if applying by proxy
