Enhancing logistics competitiveness by providing incentives to customers such as shipping companies, forwarders, and export shippers using Pyeongtaek Port
Increasing cargo volume at Pyeongtaek Port and revitalizing the port by attracting new shipping companies, forwarders, shippers, and shipping lines or expanded routes

Article 12 of the Ordinance on Support for Container Cargo Attraction at Pyeongtaek Port, Gyeonggi-do

2026 Pyeongtaek Port Cargo Attraction Incentive Payment Criteria (to be announced later)
Performance Aggregation
12-month performance (Nov. 2025 ~ Oct. 2026)
Performance Calculation Criteria
Shipping company (volume) incentives: Based on PORT MIS data from Pyeongtaek Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries
Forwarder (FCL cargo) incentives: Based on cargo handling performance statistics from Korea International Trade Statistics Promotion Institute
Export shipper incentives: Based on B/L, Manifest, export declaration certificates, etc.
Execution Criteria
Decided by the 2026 Cargo Attraction Incentive Payment Review Committee
Implementation Schedule
- Promotion of Pyeongtaek Port cargo attraction incentive program (throughout the year)
- Finalization of cargo attraction incentive payment criteria (June 2026)
- Application period for cargo attraction incentive payment (November 2026)
- Holding of payment review committee and final incentive payment to selected companies (December 2026)
