∘ Complex logistics·manufacturing facilities as specified in 「Pyeongtaek·Dangjin Port Hinterland Complex Development Plan (Amendment) (2023~2030) (Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries)」 V. Matters concerning major attraction facilities and their installation standards
- Warehouses, storage yards, container storage yards and container handling yards, oil storage facilities, gas storage facilities, cargo terminals, and other cargo distribution and sales facilities as specified in Article 2, Subparagraph 5, Item B of the 「Port Act」
- Hinterland distribution facilities (storage warehouses, collection and delivery centers, complex cargo terminals, repair shops, etc.), facilities for storing, selling, and displaying ship equipment and ship supplies, facilities for assembling, processing, packaging, and manufacturing cargo, and renewable energy-related facilities as specified in Article 2, Subparagraph 5, Item C of the 「Port Act」
- Logistics complexes and logistics terminals, smart logistics centers as specified in Article 2 of the 「Act on the Development and Operation of Logistics Facilities」
- Specialized stores and joint collection and delivery centers under the 「Distribution Industry Development Act」
- Exhibition halls among cultural and assembly facilities (No. 5) in [Appendix 1] of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」, factories selected as advanced technology and knowledge-based manufacturing industries under Article 5 of the 「Industrial Development Act」 among factories (No. 17), warehouse facilities (No. 18), hazardous material storage and processing facilities (No. 19), and automobile-related facilities (No. 20) (excluding Items D, E, and F)
※ However, buildings that cannot be built in quasi-industrial areas as specified in Article 30, Subparagraph 13 of the 「Pyeongtaek City Urban Planning Ordinance」 [Appendix 13] are excluded. Please check the land use of the sales target site, Pyeongtaek City Urban Planning Ordinance, and land use plan (quasi-industrial area) to confirm whether facility installation is possible

- Class 1 neighborhood living facilities (No. 3) in [Appendix 1] of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」
- Class 2 neighborhood living facilities (No. 4) in [Appendix 1] of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」 (excluding entertainment bars)
- Cultural and assembly facilities (No. 5) in [Appendix 1] of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」 (excluding viewing halls)
- Sales facilities (No. 7) in [Appendix 1] of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Building Act」 (however, only products produced in factories located within the Pyeongtaek·Dangjin Port Hinterland Complex can be sold)
