Since 2019, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety has established an electronic certificate issuance and distribution system that allows users to apply for, issue, and submit various civil service documents using mobile electronic certificates without visiting administrative agencies. This system offers 100 types of services, including resident registration cards and transcripts. The system is planned to expand to 300 types by 2021.
