According to the satisfaction survey for the "2021 Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy," participants expressed disappointment with the lack of practical field experience compared to offline training. In 2021, the Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy's operating period coincided with the implementation of Level 4 social distancing measures due to COVID-19. Despite consultations with relevant organizations and companies, visits to industrial sites were difficult, and we were forced to switch to a non-face-to-face format. This year, we will fully incorporate the improvement requests from graduates of the "2021 Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy" to the fullest extent possible. We will strive to provide a more engaging and engaging industrial training program and increase employment rates through practical training that can be applied effectively in the workplace. Thank you.
